​The Underground Spring Swing Thing

Join us on Tuesday, March 10th at 7pm in the RDPC Cafeteria for the Underground Spring Swing Thing. This Coffeehouse-style performance will feature our Intermediate Jazz, Vocomotion and Adrenaline Jazz Ensembles, before they depart for this year's Brandon U Jazz Festival.

Tickets are $7 for adults and $5 for students or children. Coffee, tea and dessert are included with the price of admission. Tickets are limited, so we encourage you to purchase yours in advance from the RDPC Band Office.

Welcome...

         ....to the R.D Parker Music Department, home of the largest music department in northern Manitoba. In addition to our five concert bands, three jazz ensembles and two concert choirs, we offer courses in jazz small groups, intro to band and vocal jazz.

            Our mission is to give all students the opportunity to develop lifelong learning skills through the study and performance of the fine arts.  We will provide an inclusive, safe and engaging learning environment for students to create and grow as artists and citizens.
